Built in WA. Proven on the state’s biggest projects.
C&S Drainage + Civil is a WA-owned and operated civil contractor with locations in Perth and Karratha, delivering drainage and infrastructure across metropolitan and remote Western Australia — with a reputation built on consistent quality, reliable delivery and a highly skilled team.
From a small crew to the state’s biggest sites.
C&S Drainage + Civil started out as a small, specialist drainage team on Perth’s civil projects. Under Managing Director Laura Wilkins, that team has been transformed into a multi-skilled workforce delivering award-winning results on some of Western Australia’s largest infrastructure and resources projects.
Today the group works for the state’s most demanding clients — SCJV, Main Roads WA, Rio Tinto, BHP and Water Corporation — across metro Perth and remote WA, self-performing drainage, earthworks and hydro excavation with its own people and plant.

Vision & mission.
To be WA’s most trusted leader in civil drainage, earthworks and hydro excavation — delivering safe, sustainable and innovative solutions that strengthen communities and support the Pilbara’s growth.
To consistently deliver high-quality, safe and efficient services that exceed expectations through professionalism and innovation — investing in our people, our equipment and our processes.
One group. Three arms.
Every arm shares the same crews-first culture, the same systems and the same standard of delivery.
C&S Drainage + Civil
Civil drainage, earthworks and underground services — the crews, plant and systems the whole group is built on.
CS Hydrovac Excavation

Tjawala
